ADVANCE THE EDUCATIONAL AND TRAINING OF THE PERSONS INVOLVED IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY BY PROVISION OF ADVICE, INFORMATION AND SUPPORT TO LONE PARENT FAMILIES AND FAMILIES ON LOW INCOME IN DEPRIVED AND RURAL AREAS.
