Activities - how the charity spends its money
The League of Friends provides extra comforts for patients at Exeter Community Hospital. It does this by recruiting, supporting and training volunteers to provide a mobile Trolley Shop to patients, befriending and reading to patients. The League also fundraises for extra equipment for the hospital.

TO RELIEVE PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THE HOSPITAL BOTH IN THE HOSPITAL AND IN THE COMMUNITY WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HOSPITAL.
