THIS MAY BE DUE TO RESTRICTED MOBILITY, NO ALTERNATIVE FORM OF PASSENGER TRANSPORT DUE TO RURAL ISOLATION. THE AIMS IS TO HELP RESIDENTS OF EPPING FOREST & HARLOW LIVE A NORMAL, INDEPENDENT LIFE IN ALL AREAS, BOTH URBAN AND RURAL.
