Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE ART OF DANCE IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY. IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE THE CHARITY HAS THE FOLLOWING POWERS: A. TO PROVIDE DANCE AND TUITION CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS; B. TO PERFORM REGULARLY AND TO TOUR AND MEET NEW AUDIENCES; C. TO ORGANISE WORKSHOPS IN DANCE AND THE PERFORMING ARTS; D. TO PROVIDE DANCE TUITION, WORKSHOPS AND PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES TO PERSONS WITH LEARNING DISABILITY; E. TO PARTICIPATE WITH OTHER PERSONS AND ORGANIZATIONS WHICH PROVIDE TUITION AND PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES TO PERSONS WITH ALL TYPES OF DISABILITY; E. TO CARRY OUT ALL OR ANY ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE ABOVE.
