Activities - how the charity spends its money
Gateshead autism group's aim to put families and individual who have autism first. It is our mission to focus on early Intervention to help families cope with diagnosis and put strategies into place.Education to make sure the right type of teaching and learning occurs, advocacy to voice concerns on behalf of a person with autism and family support and outreach work for families affected by autism.

Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS (“OBJECTS”) ARE TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS AND IN PARTICULAR THE INHABITANTS OF THE GATESHEAD AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS SUFFERING WITH AUTISTIC SPECTRUM CONDITIONS BY PROVIDING THEM, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS WITH INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND ADVICE. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND AWARENESS OF THE PUBLIC AND STATUTORY ORGANISATIONS IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO AUTISTIC SPECTRUM DISORDERS.
