THE PROPERTY AND THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME SHALL BE HELD UPON CHARITABLE TRUSTS, NAMELY FOR FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES OR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF BUCKMINSTER ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") AND FOR OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
