Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD OR APPLY THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF HEALTH, EDUCATION AND AMATEUR SPORT THE ADVANCEMENT OF WHICH PROMOTE HEALTH BY INVOLVING PHYSICAL OR MENTAL SKILL OR EXERTION BY MEANS INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF: (A) SPORTS COACHING TO DISABLED PEOPLE FROM GRASS ROOTS TO INTERNATIONAL LEVEL; (B) TRAINING AND MENTORING TO SPORT LEADERS AND COACHES INCLUDING SUPPORTING DISABLED PEOPLE WHO WISH TO BECOME COACHES; (C) TRAINING IN ADAPTED SPORTS AND DISABILITY AWARENESS ACROSS ALL THE IMPAIRMENT GROUPS THROUGHOUT THE UK; AND (D) OFFICIALS AND ASSISTANCE TO THOSE RUNNING SPORTING EVENTS FOR THE DISABLED. (THE “OBJECTS”)
