TO WORK AS AN UMBRELLA ORGANISATION SUPPORTING, DEVELOPING, CO-ORDINATING AND REPRESENTING VOLUNTARY AND COMMUNITY YOUTH SECTOR ORGANISATIONS IN EAST SUSSEX THAT ARE WORKING TO HELP TO EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 11 AND 25 AND TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
