Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG FRENCH SPEAKING AFRICAN REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS LIVING IN WOLVERHAMPTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING INTERPRETING/TRANSLATING, ADVOCACY, HEALTH AND HOUSING ADVICE, MENTORING AND EDUCATION. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE IN WOLVERHAMPTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN(IN PARTICULAR, MEMBERS OF THE FRENCH SPEAKING AFRICAN COMMUNITY) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY BY: · PROVIDING A LOCAL NETWORK GROUP THAT ENCOURAGES AND ENABLES PEOPLE TO PARTICIPATE MORE EFFECTIVELY WITH THE WIDER COMMUNITY; · INCREASING, OR CO-ORDINATING, OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE TO ENGAGE WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS, TO ENABLE THOSE PROVIDERS TO ADAPT TO BETTER MEET THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY.
