Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: (A) TO RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF PEOPLE FROM SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES. (B) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL NEED AND SUFFERING AMONG VICTIMS OF NATURAL OR OTHER KINDS OF DISASTER IN THE FORM OF MONEY (OR OTHER MEANS DEEMED SUITABLE) FOR PERSONS, BODIES, ORGANISATIONS AND/OR COUNTRIES AFFECTED. (C) THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, OF PEOPLE HAVING SERVED OR WHOM ARE PRESENTLY SERVING IN THE ARMED FORCES OR EMERGENCY SERVICES BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES. (D) TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE LAW AS THE TRUSTEES OF THE CHARITY WILL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
