1) THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH AND THE SAVING OF LIVES BY THE PROVISION OF SAFETY EQUIPMENT SUCH AS HI-VISIBILITY VESTS AND HELMETS TO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16. 2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THOSE IN HOSPITALS, HOSPICES AND SCHOOLS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
