1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING;
2) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS; AND
3) THE PROMOTION, PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH.
