UPON TRUST FOR THE PURPOSES OF EITHER A SWIMMING POOL OR RECREATIONAL FACILITIES CENTRE OR IF SO DESIRED FOR BOTH THE SAID PURPOSES FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF THE CATCHMENT AREAS OF LLANDYSSUL GRAMMAR SCHOOL AND EMLYN SECONDARY SCHOOL AND SUCH PERSONS WHO SHALL HAVE RECEIVED THEIR EDUCATION OR PART OF THEIR EDUCATION IN THE SAID AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
