THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN PERFORMING ARTS AND SCIENCES BY SUPPORTING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DEEM APPROPRIATE INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) PROCURING PROPERTY AND FACILITIES, DEALING WITH FINANCE, HIRING STAFF AND PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BY WAY OF SCHOLARSHIPS AND MAINTENANCE GRANTS TO STUDENTS.
