Charitable objects
TO SUPPLEMENT AND EXTEND THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE HOSPITALS KNOWN AS THE ELLEN BADGER HOSPITAL AND SHIPSTON HOUSE AT SHIPSTON-ON-STOUR, WARWICKSHIRE, IN THE RELIEF OF PATIENTS AND FORMER PATIENTS OF THOSE HOSPITALS WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM OR IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GENERALLY TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THOSE HOSPITALS.
