THE OBJECTS ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO ANY PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES, AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY (EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY) PROVIDING HOUSING AND/OR SUPPORT FOR PERSONS IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES.
