THIS MISSION IS ACHIEVED THROUGH FIVE PROGRAM AREAS: EARLY AND PRIMARY EDUCATION ENRICHMENT, RURAL SECONDARY EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL AND LIFE SKILLS EDUCATION, FOOD SECURITY AND NUTRITION & COMMUNITY WELL-BEING AND DEVELOPMENT.
