Charitable objects
OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO: (A) ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH INTO THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW AND THE LEGAL SYSTEM (AND PUBLISH THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF); (B) ADVANCE THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (I) PROMOTING THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AND LEGAL ADVICE; (II) ADVANCING PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING OF THE JUSTICE SYSTEM INCLUDING THE USE OF SANCTIONS; AND (III) SUPPORTING THE RECRUITMENT, DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING OF THE JUDICIARY; (C) PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS (AS SET OUT IN THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND SUBSEQUENT UNITED NATIONS CONVENTIONS AND DECLARATIONS) THROUGHOUT THE WORLD BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS: I. RESEARCH INTO HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES; II. PROVIDING TECHNICAL ADVICE TO GOVERNMENT AND OTHERS ON HUMAN RIGHTS MATTERS; III. CONTRIBUTING TO THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS LAW; IV. RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES; V. PROMOTING PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS; AND VI. PROMOTING RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS AMONG INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS;
