THE BUREAU IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE BOROUGH OF SCUNTHORPE AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS.
