TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN HEALTH CARE BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION FROM RESEARCH, FOR AND BY THE PUBLICATION OF ISSUES DEVOTED TO HEALTHCARE.
