TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, PRINCIPALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA OF BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE AND ITS ENVIRONS (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE “AREA OF BENEFIT”) AND, IN PARTICULAR THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES BY DEVELOPING A FACILITY IN BASINGSTOKE TO SUPPORT THEIR EDUCATION, TRAINING, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EMPLOYMENT.
