THE PROVISION OF SCHOLARSHIPS BURSARIES OR OTHER AWARDS WHETHER BY WAY OF GRANT OR LOAN FOR UNIVERSITY OR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING SCHOOL FEES OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES; 3.1.2.
