THE OBJECTS OF THE COMPANY SHALL BE TO PROMOTE,IMPROVE,DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS BY THE PROMOTION OF AN ANNUAL WOOLPIT FESTIVAL, AND BY SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE COMPANY THROUGH ITS BOARD SHALL DETERMINE FROM TIME TO TIME.
