THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF VCOSA SHALL BE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION OF THE PEOPLE IN THE MULLAITIVU DISTRICT IN SRI LANKA AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG TAMIL SPEAKING PEOPLE IN THE MULLAITIVU DISTRICT.
