TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP PRIMARILY YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF ELEVEN (11) AND TWENTY-FOUR (24) WHO LIVE IN THE AREA THROUGH: (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL, EDUCATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (B) THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE AND GUIDANCE TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
