TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH OF ANYONE OVER THE AGE OF 12 WHO FINDS THEMSELVES SUFFERING WITH ISSUES SUCH AS ABUSE, CRISIS MANAGEMENT, SUICIDE, BEREAVEMENT, TRAUMA, ANGER MANAGEMENT, REDUNDANCY, SELF-HARMING, LACK OF SELF ESTEEM, DEPRESSION, CONFIDENCE, ANXIETY, STRESS OR MOST OTHER LIFE CHANGING EVENTS WHICH ARE LIKELY TO NEGATIVELY IMPACT ON THEIR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL BEING THROUGH THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING, SUPPORT AND SELF DEVELOPMENT COURSES.
