Charitable objects
TO, OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF, SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR DISCRETION THINK FIT, PROVIDED THAT NO PART OF THE PROPERTY AND FUNDS OF THE CHARITY MAY BE USED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SETTLOR OR ANY TRUSTEE OR ANY SPOUSE OR CIVIL PARTNER OF THE SETTLOR OR ANY TRUSTEE.
