1)TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE IN HERTFORDSHIRE AND ELSEWHERE THROUGH: (A)PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILL, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS. (B)ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF CRIME PREVENTION AND IN PARTICULAR TO HIGHLIGHT THE DEVASTATING IMPACT CRIME CAN HAVE. 2)TO PROMOTE THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC ORDER AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ADVICE TO VICTIMS OF CRIME AND THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS.
