Charitable objects

TO PROMOTE FOR PUBLIC BENEFIT, PREDOMINANTLY IN THE YORKSHIRE REGION, THE PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR MEDIATION AND CONCILIATION OR RECONCILIATION BETWEEN PERSONS OR ORGANISATIONS INVOLVED IN DISPUTES; 2. TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE PURPOSE AND METHODS OF MEDIATION IN DISPUTES AND CONFLICTS, TO ENABLE PEACEFUL RESOLUTION IN THE INTERESTS OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP.
