Charitable objects
1. THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC INCLUDING THE PROMOTION OF RELIGIOUS AND RACIAL HARMONY; 2. THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE UK AND NEPAL BY PROVIDING ·ONE OFF PAYMENTS IN A PERSONAL CRISIS; ·GRANTS OF MONEY IN THE FORM OF SPECIAL PAYMENTS TO RELIEVE SICKNESS OR INFIRMITY; ·PAYMENT OF TRAVELLING EXPENSES FOR MEDICAL NEEDS; ·PAYMENT OF MONEY FOR THE INSTALLATION OR PURCHASE OF ITEMS NECESSARY FOR THE INDIVIDUAL IN MEDICAL NEEDS OR NEEDS ARISING FROM AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY; ·ITEMS OR SERVICES NEEDED BY THE INDIVIDUAL FOR MEDICAL PURPOSES OR TO MEET DAILY NEEDS FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNABLE TO MEET AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. 3.TO RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG THE TAMU AND THEIR DEPENDANTS LIVING IN THE UK OR NEPAL BY PROVIDING: ·INTERPRETING SERVICES; ·TRANSLATING SERVICES; ·ADVOCACY ASSISTANCE; ·HEALTH ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE; ·HOUSING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE; ·SUPPORT DESIGNED TO ENABLE INDIVIDUALS TO GENERATE A SUSTAINABLE INCOME AND BE SELF-SUFFICIENT; ·SUPPORT AND RESEARCHING FACTORS THAT CONTRIBUTE TO POVERTY PARTICULARLY IN NEPAL AND THE MOST APPROPRIATE WAYS TO MITIGATE THESE; ·EDUCATION INCLUDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE IN RELATION TO THE EDUCATION NEEDS OF MINOR DEPENDANTS. 4.TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITY OF THE TAMU CLAN IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. 5.TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY WORKING WITH PEOPLE IN THE UK WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED ON THE GROUNDS OF THEIR ETHNIC ORIGIN, RELIGION, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC POSITION, BELIEFS OR LANGUAGE (IN PARTICULAR MEMBERS OF THE TAMU CLAN) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BY: ·PROVIDING A LOCAL NETWORK GROUP THAT ENCOURAGES AND ENABLES MEMBERS OF THE TAMU CLAN TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY AND EFFECTIVELY WITH THE WIDER COMMUNITY; ·INCREASING OR CO-ORDINATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE TAMU CLAN TO ENGAGE WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS, TO ENABLE THOSE PROVIDERS TO ADAPT SERVICES TO BETTER MEET THE NEEDS OF THAT COMMUNITY; ·PROVIDING EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE AND IN VOCATIONAL SKILLS ·PROVIDING FORUMS, ADVOCACY AND GENERAL SUPPORT; AND ·PROVIDING SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES AND OPPORTUNITIES INVOLVING THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
