EIGHTEENYEARS OLD IN NORFOLK, CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND LINCOLNSHIRE WHO ARE CURRENTLY FACING LIFE ALTERING, LIFE THREATENING OR TERMINAL MEDICAL CONDITIONS BY THE PROVIDING OR ASSISTING WITH EQUIPMENT OR FINANCIAL SUPPORT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR CHILDREN UP TO THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS OLD IN NORFOLK, CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND LINCOLNSHIRE WHO ARE CURRENTLY FACING LIFE ALTERING, LIFE THREATENING OR TERMINAL MEDICAL CONDITIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
