Charitable objects
THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ARE ESTABLISHED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN COMMUNITIES WORLDWIDE THAT ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND AFRICA FOR THOSE LEFT DESTITUTE OR FOR PEOPLE AFFECTED BY AND LIVING WITH HIV AND AIDS, CHILDREN WHO ARE WORKING AND LIVING ON THE STREETS AND THE ELDERLY WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUPPORT:- 1)TO RELIEVE POVERTY; 2)TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH; 3)TO ADVANCE EDUCATION; AND 4)TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
