RECYCLING: THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROMOTION OF WASTE REDUCTION, RE-USE, RECLAMATION, RECYCLING, USE OF RECYCLED PRODUCTS AND THE USE OF SURPLUS ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION: TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECTS OF CONSTRUCTION SKILLS; REFURBISHMENT OF HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND FURNISHINGS; SALES, ADMINISTRATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF THOSE GOODS.
