TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE SOCIALLY AND ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE WITHIN THE HIGHBURY ESTATE AND WIDER NEIGHBOURING COMMUNITIES.
