THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS('OBJECTS')ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: TO HELP MEMBERS AND FORMER MEMBERS OF THE CORPS OF HER MAJESTY'S ROYAL MARINES AND THOSE THAT PROVIDE SUPPORTING SERVICES TO OR IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEM(TOGETHER "ROYAL MARINES AND SUPPORTING ARMS")AND THEIR FAMILIES, BY: (A) PROMOTING AND PROTECTING THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN WOUNDED, INJURED AND/OR SUFFERED PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAUMA WHILST MEMBERS OF THE ROYAL MARINES AND SUPPORTING ARMS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT OR SERVICES FOR THEIR REHABILITATION, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, TRAINING, COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT; (B) ASSISTING FORMER MEMBERS OF THE ROYAL MARINES AND SUPPORTING ARMS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, OR FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILLNESS OF ANY DESCRIPTION, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, TRAINING, COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT; (C) ASSISTING THE SPOUSES, CIVIL PARTNERS, CHILDREN AND OTHER DEPENDANTS OF MEMBERS, FORMER MEMBERS AND DECEASED MEMBERS OF THE ROYAL MARINES AND SUPPORTING ARMS, WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, OR FROM MENTAL OR PHYSICAL ILLNESS OF ANY DESCRIPTION, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT; AND (D) MAKING GRANTS TO OTHER UK REGISTERED CHARITIES THAT ASSIST MEMBERS AND FORMER MEMBERS OF THE ROYAL MARINES AND SUPPORTING ARMS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
