TO RELIEVE IN CASES OF NEED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE PARISHES OF HARTINGTON TOWN QUARTER AND HARTINGTON NETHER QUARTER IN THE COUNTY OF DERBYSHIRE AND THOSE AREAS IN THE COUNTY OF STAFFORDSHIRE WITHIN A RADIUS OF THREE MILES FROM THE PARISH CHURCH OF HARTINGTON WHO ARE SICK CONVALESCENT DISABLED HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM.
