THE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE LAND (SEE PART 2 OF THE SCHEDULE OF THE SCHEME) AND, IN SO FAR AS IT IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THAT PURPOSE, IN OR TOWARDS THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE COMMUNITY OF RHIGOS AND THE IMMIDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
