THE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL BE THE CARDIFF & VALE OF GLAMORGAN COUNTIES IN WALES OR, AS AGREED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CROSSROADS ASSOCIATION. "BENEFICIARIES" MEANS ANY PERSON OR PEOPLE WHO HAVE CARE NEEDS AS A RESULT OF DISABILITY, ILLNESS OR AGE; "CARERS" MEANS ANY PERSON OR PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE PROVISION OF CARE FOR A PERSON OR PEOPLE WHO HAVE CARE NEEDS AS A RESULT OF DISABILITY, ILLNESS OR AGE.
