Activities - how the charity spends its money
The Sheldon Singers is a medium-sized chamber choir, based in Honiton, Devon. The choir is open to singers of all ages, genders and ethnic groups. Grants and sponsorship are offered to promising young persons. The choir gives two main concerts each year, in the spring and at Christmas. The free summer concerts raise money for community projects.

TO ADVANCE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN, AND APPRECIATION OF, THE ART AND SCIENCE OF MUSIC IN ALL ITS ASPECTS BY ANY MEANS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT, INCLUDING THROUGH THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS; 2. TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SHALL THINK FIT BUT IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE MAKING OF GRANTS AND DONATIONS.
