THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT AMONGST YOUNG PEOPLE IN BANGLADESH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY BE THOUGHT FIT , INCLUDING ASSISTANCE TO FIND EMPLOYMENT , IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY , BY PROVIDING VOCATIONAL TRAINING.
