Charitable objects
TO FURTHER THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE CIVIL PARISHES OF ST GERMANS AND DEVIOCK AND THE REMAINDER OF CORNWALL AND VISITORS TO THE AREA ("THE BENEFICIARIES") BY:- (1) ADVANCING THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND; (2) THE PRESERVATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE BUILDING AND SITE OF THE HISTORICALLY AND ARCHITECTURALLY IMPORTANT PRIORY CHURCH OF ST GERMANUS OF AUXERRE ("THE PRIORY"); (3) THE PROVISION OF LEARNING, EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITES AT THE PRIORY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELAFE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THE LIFE OF THE BENEFICIARIES; (4) THE ADVANCEMENT OF LEARNING, EDUCATION AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME AGREE.
