Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE NEEDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS AND TO DIVERT THEM FROM CRIME IN SUCH WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: (1) PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE OR HAVE RECENTLY BEEN IN CARE HOMES OR OTHER LOCAL AUTHORITY SUPERVISION AND CARE; (2) SUPPORTING A LOCAL PROJECT SET UP FOR YOUNG PEOPLE; (3) ESTABLISHING PROJECTS OR ACTIVITIES, SUCH AS ENGAGEMENT IN SPORT, FOR YOUNG PEOPLE; (4) PROVIDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR ACTIVITIES THAT ARE PARTICULARLY RELEVANT TO YOUNG PEOPLE IN DEPRIVED AREAS; (5) ASSISTING AND CO-OPERATING WITH LOCAL VOLUNTARY BODIES WHOSE FOCUS IS ON AIDING AND BENEFITING YOUNG PEOPLE; (6) PROVIDING PRIZE-MONEY FOR APPROPRIATE COMPETITIONS IN LOCAL SCHOOL AND COLLEGES. (7) THE BELIEF THAT EARLY INTERVENTION AND THE PROVISION OF THE RIGHT SORT DIVERSION, CAN TURN AROUND THE PROSPECTS OF YOUNG PEOPLE AT RISK OF A LIFE OF CRIME. (8) PROVIDING INTERVENTION AND SUPPORT IN THE FIELD OF YOUTH CRIME PREVENTION. (9) RAISE FUNDS AND MAKE GRANTS FOR IDENTIFIED AND SUCCESSFULLY PROVEN YOUTH PROJECTS. SUPPORT AND WORK WITH PROFESSIONAL PARTNERS WHO GET ALONGSIDE VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE, DIVERT THEM FROM ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR AND ENHANCE THEIR LIVES.
