We activate learning, professional development and touring programs for young, emerging and mid-career musicians from diverse backgrounds and participatory music activities for all. Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE PRIMARILY BETWEEN THE AGES OF 8 AND 25 BY THE PROVISION OF QUALITY TRAINING, PERFORMANCE AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THE FIELD OF JAZZ MUSIC, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN JAZZ MUSIC, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, GIRLS AND, THOSE FROM AN AFRO-CARIBBEAN BACKGROUND. TO PROMOTE THE ARTS AND IN PARTICULAR THE ART OF JAZZ MUSIC BY ASSISTING IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, YOUNG MUSICIANS OF MODERATE OR LIMITED MEANS IN SUCH WAYS AS TO ENABLE THEM TO BECOME SELF SUPPORTING FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
