TO BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF LOCKS HEATH AND THE WIDER NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE RESIDENTS AND VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS OF THE LOCALITY IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE HEALTH AND EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, HEALTH AND WELL-BEING, FOR RECREATION LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS.
