TO ASSIST IN THE SOCIAL REHABILITATION AND ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF PERSONS WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY STROKE BY: 1. PROVIDING PRACTICAL, PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT TO SUCH PERSONS; 2. PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SUPPORT SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES; 3. PROVIDING RESPITE TO CARERS; AND 4. WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE STROKE ASSOCIATION AND OTHER LIKE-MINDED ORGANISATIONS.
