Charitable objects
(1) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE. (2) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN ETHIOPIA, KENYA, GAMBIA AND INDIA AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE. (3)SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AS ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
