For the advancement of education, to minimise disruption to the education of pupils of SHHS Junior School whose parents have fallen, due to unforeseen circumstances, into financial hardship, by making discretionary awards to cover all or part of the cost of the School's fees and related expenses, where those costs could not otherwise be paid by the families, to ensure continuity of education.

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("OBJECTS") ARE SPECIFICALLY RESTRICTED TO THE FOLLOWING: FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, TO MINIMISE DISRUPTION TO PUPILS OF THE JUNIOR SCHOOL OF SOUTH HAMPSTEAD HIGH SCHOOL WHOSE PARENTS HAVE FALLEN, DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, INTO FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, BY MAKING DISCRETIONARY AWARDS TO COVER ALL OR PART OF THE COST OF THE JUNIOR SCHOOL'S FEES AND RELATED EXPENSES, WHERE THOSE FEES COULD NOT OTHERWISE BE PAID BY THE FAMILIES, AND THUS TO ENSURE CONTINUITY OF EDUCATION
