TO PROMOTE OR PROVIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREAS OF MILTON KEYNES, AND IN PARTICULAR THE LOCAL NEIGHBOURHOODS OF GREENLEYS, HODGE LEA, STACEY BUSHES, WOLVERTON MILL AND FULLERS SLADE, SUCH SERVICES ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES AS ARE CHARITABLE THAT COMPRISE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO): (A) THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WHO ARE IN CHARITABLE NEED BECAUSE OF: (I) SICKNESS OR POOR HEALTH; (II) AGE; (III) FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; OR (IV) SOME OTHER REASON BY ANY PROPER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT AND INCLUDING (WHERE APPROPRIATE BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION) THE PROVISION OF ADVICE; THE PROMOTION OF GOOD PRACTICE TO COMBAT SUCH CONDITIONS AND THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES TO ALLEVIATE OR PREVENT SUCH NEED.
