Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE OR PROVIDE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREAS OF MILTON KEYNES, AND IN PARTICULAR THE LOCAL NEIGHBOURHOODS OF GREENLEYS, HODGE LEA, STACEY BUSHES, WOLVERTON MILL AND FULLERS SLADE, SUCH SERVICES ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES AS ARE CHARITABLE THAT COMPRISE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO): (A) THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WHO ARE IN CHARITABLE NEED BECAUSE OF: (I) SICKNESS OR POOR HEALTH; (II) AGE; (III) FINANCIAL HARDSHIP; OR (IV) SOME OTHER REASON BY ANY PROPER MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT AND INCLUDING (WHERE APPROPRIATE BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION) THE PROVISION OF ADVICE; THE PROMOTION OF GOOD PRACTICE TO COMBAT SUCH CONDITIONS AND THE PROVISION OF RESOURCES TO ALLEVIATE OR PREVENT SUCH NEED. (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BOTH GENERAL AND VOCATIONAL FOR CHILDREN OR ADULTS. (C) THE PROVISION OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR PEOPLE LIVING IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS.
