Activities - how the charity spends its money
The prevention & relief of poverty through an emergency food bank for Tewkesbury and the surrounding area. Clients are referred by care professionals and are entitled to a maximum of three vouchers for food parcels, consisting of tinned and dried foods, providing nutritionally balanced food for three days. The operation is run by volunteers. We are affiliated with the Trussell Trust.

OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY. 1.TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY FOOD AID TO PEOPLE IN TEWKESBURY AND SURROUNDING AREAS IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS (BENEFICIARIES) WHO ARE REFERRED TO US BY AUTHORISED PARTNER AGENCIES. 2. FURTHER TO (1) ABOVE, TO SUPPLY GOODS TO BENEFICIARIES, EITHER DIRECTLY OR THROUGH AGENCY PARTNERS APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES. GOODS TO INCLUDE (BUT NOT TO BE LIMITED TO) FOOD, INCLUDING TINNED AND DRIED FOODS, TO ENSURE A HEALTHY, BALANCED AND NUTRITIOUS DIET SUFFICIENT FOR 3 DAYS AT A TIME, ALSO CLOTHES, FURNITURE, TOYS. 3. TO DO ANY OTHER THING CONSISTENT WITH THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE CHARITY, INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO), THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND OTHER ADVISORY SERVICES.
