Charitable objects
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO:- 1. PROTECT AND ENHANCE ROATH PARK INCLUDING BY CONSERVING IT, PROMOTING ITS BIODIVERSITY, AND PRESERVING AND/OR ENHANCING ITS STRUCTURES INCLUDING THOSE OF ARCHITECTURAL OR HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE; 2. PROVIDE FACILITIES IN ROATH PARK FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF RESIDENTS IN AND AROUND CARDIFF; 3. ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC INCLUDING THE YOUNG BY PROMOTING INDIVIDUAL AND COLLECTIVE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF SUBJECTS IN ANY WAY RELATED TO ROATH PARK INCLUDING BOTH ITS NATURAL AND ITS HUMAN FEATURES; AND/OR TO ASSIST TOWARDS SUCH PURPOSES. 'ROATH PARK' MEANS THE LAND IN CARDIFF SHOWN EDGED IN RED ON THE PLAN ANNEXED TO THE CONSTITUTION DATED 30TH APRIL 2015.
